To prove immunity, undergraduate students must provide documentation of TWO (2) MMRs from an official immunization record from another educational institution in Arkansas, a licensed medical doctor, an authorized public health representative, or a military record. All records must include your name and date of birth. Graduate students must furnish proof of immunity against measles, mumps, and rubella by sending proof of one (1) MMR immunization shot to the ATU Health and Wellness Center prior to enrollment in classes. Exceptions include those students who were born prior to January 1, 1957, and those who have applied for or received a medical or non-medical exemption (medical, religious, or philosophical exemption) from the Arkansas Department of Health. Exemptions from the Arkansas Department of Health must be completed annually. Documentation verifying approval or an application in process should be sent from the Arkansas Department of Health.
